Corporate tax exemption for the first 4 years of operation and a 50% reduction for the next 9 years from the date of taxable income. Corporate income tax rate (CIT) is only 10% from the date of accountable revenues (in comparison, 20 to 25% nationwide).

Chan May IP & NTZ is situated between the two largest dynamic, economic, cultural and educational centers in the Central region of Vietnam, Danang City (population 1.13 million) and Thua Thien – Hue province (population 1.28 million), 25 miles from Phu Bai International Airport and 19 miles from Danang International Airport. The industrial park is next to Chan May deep water port, 12 miles from Lien Chieu port, and 25 miles from Tien Sa port. The Trans-Asia Highway Road AH1, the Southeast Asian East-West Economic corridor, is connected to Chan May.
